He quickly expanded the company to include fly/snow ski packages, fishing excursions and association management. Rod also developed a sophisticated trade show booth and attended all major ski shows in the Southwest. He also added maid services as well as hired on a fulltime maintenance staff. Prior to selling the business the company was operating on a very desirable net profit margin and a portfolio valuation of several million dollars.
